By creating an account, accessing the Gate platform, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Gate is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access. You must notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Gate subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access through the end of the paid period.
You may not use Gate to transmit harmful, illegal, or abusive content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy.
The Gate platform, branding, and technology are proprietary. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative products based on our platform without written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
